About Us
Kenley Design and Construction, LLC may be a new company but it comes about with lots of experience and hard work.
Born and raised in Tallahassee, Florida, Anthony Swinson has worked in construction for over 13 years. His construction career includes custom trim carpentry, assistant superintendent, vinyl siding contractor, and head superintendent for Marlin Design and Construction. Anthony has an Associate in Arts from Tallahassee Community College, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Flagler College. As a Certified General Contractor in the State of Florida, Kenley Design and Construction specializes in new residential and commercial construction, as well as remodeling and restoration.
He is a member in good standing of the Tallahassee Builder’s Association, Florida Home Builders, and National Home Builders. He is currently obtaining his Green Builder certification for the state of Florida.

The office location is currently located in Havana, Florida. Anthony is well skilled in all phases of construction and also has a staff designer to help with the drawing of plans and further renovation ideas. In addition, he has a full library of drawings at your disposal.
Kenley will be glad to provide a free estimate on your custom plans or you may choose from their large library of plans. They are a full service company and pride themselves on that fact. References will be supplied upon request.
